Turner-DPR-Mortenson

Meta Platforms is building a $27B data center campus in Richland Parish, Louisiana, that could scale to 5 GW of power demand. The 4-million-sq-ft Hyperion campus includes one network data center, four support structures, and extensive modular electrical and mechanical systems. Turner Construction, DPR Construction, and Mortenson are the GC team. Meta will finance seven new natural-gas power plants totaling 5.2 GW, 240 miles of 500-kV transmission lines, and battery storage. Early site work is underway with peak onsite employment expected to exceed 5,000 workers. Major opportunities exist for electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure subcontractors.
