Amazon Data Services acquired at least 1,300 acres in the Cedar Creek area of Bastrop County, Texas, about 30 miles southeast of Austin. The land was previously slated for the Creekside Master Planned Community and owned by CTX Capital Partners. The purchase represents one of the largest Central Texas land acquisitions tied to hyperscale data center development.
